I travelled from the UK and spent one week at the hotel. The hotel was much better than expected. However I must say the staff were exceptional and delivered a 5 Star service which made my stay much more enjoyable. Bob was especially good at sorting out any concerns I had, and went beyond the call of duty to make my stay comfortable. For the above reasons, this will certainly be my hotel of choice whenever I'm back in the neighbourhood.

Although they are undergoing renovations the staff was very helpful, especially Bob. The rooms are very nice and they are upgrading the exterior areas so that may be a plus in the future.

The staff and location were amazing. Close to the Merchant Marine Academy and a wonderful Italian restaurant.We checked in late on a last minute reservation. The hotel staff created us and fulfilled all of our room requests. The best inexpensive hotel in the area.

Great location. Manhasset is a cute and quiet town - train station to grand central station (which took 40 minutes) was 7 minutes walk away. SO many nice shops around and we also got the hot tub room so we would recommend it highly.

Rooms very clean. Smelled very nice upon entering. Staff was helpful. Good value for the room.

Front desk workers and custodial were very friendly and helpful. Area where hotel was located is very nice and great parking. Room was clean and all basic amenities were available.

Honestly, I was hesitant. I thought, it’s only 1 night, how bad can it really be? It’s in Manhasset after all. It was wonderful! Sure they should probably rip up the carpet & swap out the drapes but really it was a great stay! The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great pressure, they gave free coffee. East check in, east check out. The poopy 1 star reviews are biased and quite unfair!

The room was just the perfect size. We were there for a concert at the UBS Arena (Buju Banton Concert) a Reggae concert. We had a blast! I booked for 2 days.. 7/13/24 - 7/15/24. We were greeted well by the front desk. I will revisit again!!

Great location, free parking which was important for me. Only 20 minutes from JFK. I read tons of bad reviews and was kind of concern about my stay. No worries, there is no bugs, no roaches. Place is clean, stuff is friendly. Nice little Chinese restaurant next to it with delicious dumplings, make sure you try
